Continuous Monitoring

Continuous monitoring is a process that employs technology to review entire populations of data to detect instances that deviate from defined norms; these instances are flagged for investigation.

University Audits identifies opportunities where continuous monitoring and auditing can be used to manage potential risks and improve efficiencies across the University. We have successfully collaborated with several University departments.

Procurement Services

  • Identify potential transactions that were split either using one P-Card or multiple to avoid the competitive bidding process required for transactions above $5,000.
  • Cleanse data in the vendor maintenance tables.
  • Identify potential conflicts of interests between employees and vendors that have not been disclosed.

Intercollegiate Athletics

  • Monitor Athletics data for NCAA compliance.
